4. Products and Pricing

Plants and flowers are sold on an "as-is" basis. Due to the living nature of our products, appearance and condition may change after purchase. Soil and fertilizer are sold by weight or volume as labeled. We strive for accuracy but minor variations may occur. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

5. Payments

We accept payment via cash, debit, and major credit cards. Full payment is required at time of purchase. All sales are final on plant material due to its perishable nature unless otherwise agreed upon at time of sale.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the health of our plants at time of purchase. Please inspect your selections before leaving. If you have concerns within 7 days, contact us with photos for evaluation. Unopened bags of soil or fertilizer may be returned within 14 days with original receipt. Opened bags cannot be returned. No cash refunds are issued. Returns will be processed as store credit or exchange at management discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our website. Information you provide must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
